2. Categories of Collected Data
Through the KineDesk website, we collect two categories of data:
- Data provided voluntarily by the user: Name, email address, and message contents submitted through the contact form.
- Browsing data: IP addresses (anonymized), browser type, visit timestamp, and visited pages, collected in aggregated form via Google Analytics.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
- Contact Form: Data submitted in the form is used exclusively to respond to your inquiries. The legal basis is the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the user's request (Art. 6, para. 1, letter b, GDPR) and consent given via the checkbox.
- Browsing Statistics: Analyzing website traffic to optimize performance via Google Analytics 4. The legal basis is the user's explicit consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6, para. 1, letter a, GDPR).
4. Processing Methods and Data Retention
Data is processed using digital and telecommunications tools.
- Emails received through the contact form are retained only for the duration strictly necessary to fulfill the request, and in any case not exceeding legal requirements.
- Google Analytics data is retained on Google servers for a standard retention period of 2 months.
5. Data Sharing (Recipients)
Your personal data will not be sold or transferred to third parties. Authorized external service providers that perform essential technical functions for the website (e.g., hosting providers and email servers) may have access to data as processors. Browsing analytics are processed by Google LLC (which complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
